Pallets, boxes, parcels and documents, with collection in Cologne and surrounding cities.
Enter pickup, delivery, preferred day, dimensions and weight. The relevant daily route segment, available capacity and your time windows are checked.
The service runs every day in both directions: from the Cologne area to Antwerp and back on the same day. Businesses can request shipments to Belgium and return shipments to Cologne and its surrounding cities. Specific collection, delivery and return departure times are coordinated with the booked stops for the selected day and confirmed before the shipment is accepted. Loading times and recipient availability are part of this planning. The daily outward-and-return schedule describes the vehicle trip. Collection and delivery of an individual shipment on your preferred day are checked against its time windows, the actual itinerary and available capacity.
Starting price per pallet for the full route in the direction booked. Dimensions, weight, loading requirements and exact addresses are included in the quote.
For compatible route segments, such as Aachen–Antwerp or Genk–Antwerp. Acceptance and pricing depend on the booked segment and available capacity.
Smaller shipments can also be requested. Their price is calculated from shipment details; the advertised pallet prices are not flat parcel rates.
You do not need to bring your shipment to Cologne yourself: enter your actual business, warehouse or collection address. Pickup and delivery in the Cologne area can be integrated into the trip when additional driving and loading time fit the daily return schedule. Cologne and its western surroundings: Hürth, Frechen, Pulheim, Brühl, Wesseling, Bergheim, Kerpen and Erftstadt. Northern Rhineland: Leverkusen, Langenfeld, Monheim am Rhein, Dormagen, Neuss and Düsseldorf. Surrounding Bergisches Land: Bergisch Gladbach, Rösrath, Solingen, Remscheid and Wuppertal. Bonn and Rhein-Sieg: Bonn, Bornheim, Troisdorf, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin and Niederkassel. These cities form the potential regional catchment area. They are not a collection round covering every city every day. Each address, collection window and existing booking is checked. Other nearby locations can be requested using the complete address.
The reference corridor follows the A4 via the Aachen area, the Dutch A76 and the Belgian E314/E313 to Antwerp. The return trip connects the same regions in reverse. The actual roads are planned around pickup addresses, traffic and booked stops. Germany: the Frechen and Kerpen area, Düren, Eschweiler and Aachen. The Netherlands: the Heerlen, Geleen and Stein area along the A76. Belgium: the Maasmechelen and Genk area along the E314, followed by Lummen, Beringen, Geel, Herentals, Ranst and Wommelgem in the corridor towards Antwerp. Addresses in Hasselt or Maastricht can also be requested. Depending on the trip, they require a deviation from the direct corridor and are checked against the additional distance and time. The locations listed are possible pickup and delivery points, not guaranteed compulsory stops. The road corridor is informed by the ADAC Cologne–Antwerp route description.
For shipments between the Cologne catchment area and Antwerp. Collection at your address is coordinated with the trip.
Collect or deliver in the western German section when the address, loading time and available capacity are compatible.
Compatible shipments from South Limburg or the Belgian corridor can use part of the scheduled trip.
For palletised goods and components. Provide quantity, length, width, height and actual total weight.
Single or multiple packages. Dimensions and weight of each package help check the remaining load space.
Small business shipments can be planned when the intended collection and delivery windows are compatible.
For components and samples moving between businesses. For urgent requests, include the latest acceptable delivery window.
A pickup or delivery point does not need to be an existing fixed stop. New stops can be inserted when the permitted deviation, additional time and available capacity are compatible. Existing appointments and the return journey must also fit within the same day. For LTL and shared-capacity transport, a shipment occupies only the segment between its pickup and delivery. For example, capacity released by unloading in Genk can be checked for a subsequent shipment to Antwerp. A return load is checked separately for the return segment. This allows different shipments to be combined along the line. Acceptance of a Cologne-area collection or an additional stop en route depends on checking the actual trip.

Does the service run daily in both directions? Yes. An outward trip from the Cologne area to Antwerp and the return trip on the same day are planned every day. Specific time windows are confirmed for the selected day. Can you collect in Düsseldorf, Bonn, Leverkusen or Wuppertal? Yes, collection can be requested. These cities are part of the potential catchment area. Whether your address fits the daily trip depends on the extra driving distance, loading times and existing stops. How much does a pallet shipment to Antwerp cost? The starting price per pallet on the full Cologne–Antwerp route is €130. Compatible pallet route segments start at €50. These are starting prices; dimensions, weight, addresses, loading requirements, time windows and capacity determine the actual quote. Can I book only part of the route? Yes. For example, you can request Aachen–Antwerp or Genk–Antwerp when the trip and capacity are compatible. Your shipment occupies only the booked segment. Are boxes, parcels and documents accepted? Yes. Smaller business shipments, spare parts and samples can be considered alongside pallets. Provide quantity, dimensions, weight and time windows for the check. Is delivery of my shipment on the same day guaranteed? The vehicle trip is planned daily with a return on the same day. Your shipment is governed by its explicitly confirmed collection and delivery windows. Acceptance is checked against the actual itinerary and available capacity. Are Antwerpen, Antwerp and Anvers the same city? Yes. Antwerpen is the Dutch and German name, Antwerp the English name and Anvers the French name of the Belgian city. Use the full destination address in your request.
